The ALV Remote Recording Standards require the legal videographer to record four independent recordings:
- A primary recording of the Witness-Only view
- A backup recording of the Witness-Only view
- A primary recording of the Witness-Exhibit view
- A backup recording of the Witness-Exhibit view
None of these four recordings can include recording internally on the videoconference software (hitting the “record button” in Zoom).
How is this possible without resorting to utilizing 4 PCs? This Huddle Hour is a demonstration of using OBS more eloquently to meet the ALV standards.
