All payments made through this website are securely processed via Stripe. By completing a payment, you authorize ALV to charge the amount specified to your chosen payment method. ALV does not store credit card details on its servers.
2. Types of Payments
Payments on this site may include, but are not limited to:
- Membership dues
- Donations
- Continuing education registrations (CEU, seminars, or events)
- Digital products such as tutorials, e-books, or educational resources
All transactions directly support ALV’s nonprofit mission.
3. Non-Refundable Policy
All payments, including dues, donations, event registrations, and digital product purchases, are non-refundable.
If an event is postponed or rescheduled, ALV will provide an equivalent credit or alternate participation option at its discretion. Refunds will only be considered in cases of duplicate payment or technical error.
4. Tax Deductibility
Donations may be tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. Membership dues and educational purchases may not be fully deductible. Please consult your tax advisor for guidance.

5. Intellectual Property
All materials offered through ALV, including digital downloads and educational content, are protected by copyright and are for personal, non-commercial use only. Redistribution or resale is strictly prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability
ALV makes reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy and availability of its online materials and events. However, ALV shall not be liable for any damages arising from payment errors, technical interruptions, or access issues beyond its control.
