Shaping the Future of Legal Videography
We empower legal videographers with tools, standards, and community to advance the profession, together.
Our Vision
Advancing Legal Video
By equipping legal video professionals with tools, resources, and mutual support, we’re building a future where legal videography is performed more excellently and thereby greater-appreciated in the legal industry.
We believe legal videographers deserve the tools and support to shape the future of their field.
Our Pillars
What We Stand For
Six key areas define our work and how we support the field:

Raise the Standard
Advocate for consistent quality, ethics, and professionalism.

Support the Community
Offer guidance, tools, and a space for peer collaboration.

Share What Works
Publish best practices, workflows, and real-world strategies.

Bridge Legal & Tech
Help practitioners stay sharp with evolving formats and expectations.

Champion Field Legitmacy
We advocate for legal videography as a respected, specialized craft—not just a technical task—by modeling professionalism and demanding high standards.

Serve the Public Good
Donate time, equipment, or skill to justice-aligned nonprofit work.
About Us
Meet the Founding Team
We’re a group of working professionals building the nonprofit we we all deserve; rooted in clarity, fairness, and professional respect.

Tim Falk, Founder
A legal videographer for 18 years, Tim is now a legal video firm owner for Remotely LLC, a remote videography firm, and Integrity Video, a legal video firm based in Colorado.

Brett L. Bova, Vice President
To create space for others so that we can each follow our own path boldly and courageously, Brett is dedicated to building a community where legal videographers can show up and thrive as their individual selves, both within the legal industry and beyond. She brings the heat.

Richard Foster, Treasurer
Rich’s first taste in the video deposition setting was actually sitting as a deponent in a $90 million Copyright Infringement case. Shortly after that deposition, he began his legal video career in 2013. He was an early adopter of PiP depositions and continues to provide PiP services both in person and remote.

Gavin Bohne, Secretary
CLVS Certified in 2006, Gavin is the owner and operator of BluuScreen Productions, a company specializing in legal videography in the great state of Utah. He is the Swiss Army knife of skills & talent.
